In "Murder Mystery 2," which will be available on Netflix on Friday, the sleuthing Spitzes must solve yet another international case.
Nick (Adam Sandler) and Audrey Spitz (Jennifer Aniston), who are now aspiring private investigators, have been invited to the wedding of a friend of theirs, the extravagant Maharajah Vikram Govindan (Adeel Akhtar). When the Maharajah is kidnapped before his wedding, the Spitzes' luxurious vacation on Vik's private tropical oasis takes a turn for the worse.
While the identity of the kidnapper will probably keep viewers guessing until the very end, the stars of the sequel's relationship after nearly 35 years of friendship are less clear. They first met in their early 20s at Jerry's Famous Deli in Los Angeles, which is now closed. Since then, they have worked together on three films, the first one being "Just Go With It."
When asked about her favorite thing about Sandler, 56, Aniston, 54, responds, "He takes care of me." He cares about you and loves you deeply when he loves you. As a result, I always feel taken care of.
